Awesome walk in passport service!!! The lady was soooo friendly! North Stafford Post Office could take some lessons from them! Fantastic service with a smile!

We went to the Sealston post office to get my great granddaughters passport. The employee's were so friendly and helpful. Very professional. They just made you feel like they were there to help you in any way they could. I live in the Fredericksburg area where there are closer post offices but the Princess Ann Branch employees are not very friendly at all. Did not even seem to want you help you at all. I will continue to go out of my way to use the Sealston Post Office in the future. It just seems to me that Custom Service is nit very important anymore. Wake up employees you get paid for helping your customers.
Has passport services, they were very fast. Its never busy here, either.
Highly recommended! I looked at the online reviews and decided to call this branch for a passport appointment, so I was disappointed to hear that they were booked up for the next Saturday. Kathy told me she would put me on the cancellation list...and, lo and behold, she actually CALLED ME BACK a few hours later! We arrived early for our appointment but there were chairs for us in the anteroom (separated from the interior office by glass doors, closed to protect the private information of the passport applicant.) Jackie handled the application process smoothly and efficiently in a friendly manner. I was very pleased with this post office and heartily agree with the glowing reviews!
